Product Description

The Aavid cold plate features a multi-channel liquid cooling structure optimized for efficient heat exchange through advanced coolant flow path design. Key characteristics include:

  • Channel liquid cooling plate: Constructed from 6063 aluminum alloy with multi-path diversion design for high power dissipation in compact spaces. Thermal resistance performance ranges from 0.6-1.2℃/W (water flow dependent; increases by 12% with 50/50 water-glycol mixture).
  • Compact cooling solution: Ideal for medium and small power applications, offering lightweight advantages. Compatible with Bonded Fin heat dissipation fins to expand heat exchange area (select models feature fin density up to 34 pieces per inch).

Manufactured using CNC machining and Friction Welding processes with skived fins for rapid cooling capability, achieving cooling power up to 3000W.
